Sir Tony is the Chairman of NRGS and Founding Chairman of Hamilton Reserve Bank. Sir Tony is a former MP for 32 years, former Minister of State, Agriculture, Fisheries and Food. Former -Secretary of State Department of Energy and Environment. Sir Tony is also chair of other high-profile companies.
Nick Wallis FRSA - CEO, brings a wealth of expertise in both public and private equity markets. With a career spanning numerous sectors, he has served on the boards of various publicly listed and private companies. As a principal, Nick has successfully conducted multiple IPOs and reverse mergers. He has founded companies across a diverse range of industries, including music, fashion, Formula 1, biotech, real estate, and oil and gas. With the exception of music and Formula 1, his ventures in these sectors have been listed on international public markets, underscoring his global impact and leadership.
Phil Woolas is a British politician and businessman based in London and Manchester. Phil came to public attention as President of the UK National Union of Students in 1984. Phil worked as Politics Producer for BBC Newsnight and C4 News before joining the GMB union as a national official.
He was elected to Parliament in 1997 and served for 14 years, nine of which as a government minister including as Minister of State for Local Government, Environment and Immigration.
In 2010 he co-founded Wellington Street Partners and since then has advised a wide range of clients in the Modular Housing, Infrastructure and Investment sectors. He currently Chairs a housing first charity with a portfolio of c800 homes as well as being CEO of NRGS Housing UK.

Former Deputy Minister for Transport and Communications in Bulgaria. Stoyan is a qualified Bulgarian lawyer and logistics/transport expert. Stoyan introduced MTG Dolphin to this transaction.
David is a U.K. Chartered Accountant with extensive finance director and company secretarial expertise, combined with a wide experience of working in entrepreneurial environments, both public and private. David trained at Ernst & Young in London, specialising in FTSE100 company audits and special investigations. David has worked with Nick Wallis for nearly 40 years. His main experience is in property, both investment and development, having worked as CFO for the listed property company Ford Sellar Morris Group and as a consultant to KPMG and several niche property development companies.
David also has broad-based experience of other sectors, including below-the-line marketing, direct sales, retail, distribution, manufacturing and wholesale. His last appointment was as FD to a family office which turned over £220M in the residential and social housing sector.
Kevin Heath leads Locke Lord’s banking litigation team in London and has over 30 years’ experience advising banks, asset-based lenders and consumer financiers on a wide range of disputes.
Former deputy minister of transport and communications for Bulgaria. Leadership role at AWS Amazon Cloud services in Ireland with extensive experience in data centers and undersea cable management.
Angus’s career includes leading auditing and management roles at well-known names such as Deloitte, Morgan Guaranty Trust and Grant Thornton. He also spent over 20 years at Charterhouse Bank, Charterhouse Group and Charterhouse Securities, including Finance and Operations Director at the last-named for nearly a decade.
Over the last 20 years, Angus has advised numerous financial sector clients in a freelance capacity, and has also taken on director roles at Herald Investment Management and MacArthur & Co.
Robert French has a diverse career spanning politics, planning, energy, and tourism. Elected as a councilor in 1984, he was one of the youngest in the UK, serving as group leader and achieving a significant majority. He transitioned into planning, working on major projects like Dalquhandy, the largest opencast coal mine in Western Europe, and winning numerous appeals. As a director of Cogen Energy, he was involved in BAE’s offset programs in Poland, advancing gasification power station projects.
Robert has led significant planning initiatives, including care villages, energy schemes in Samlesbury’s Cyber Corridor (£6.5bn), solar farms, and residential developments. He’s also been active in tourism, serving as treasurer of Clyde Valley Tourist Board and organizing historical tours for a 15,000-member group. A former fire service member with 30 years of operational experience, Robert has contributed to leisure projects like hotels and theme parks and served as a trustee for the Dumfries and Galloway Advocacy Service. His ongoing projects span infrastructure, residential, and business park developments, collaborating with prominent investors and teams.
John Boyd CV John Boyd is a seasoned construction professional with expertise in project management, stakeholder collaboration, and delivering projects on time and within budget. His experience spans residential, commercial, retail, and industrial sectors, managing contracts from thousands to multimillion-pound values. Skilled in planning, budgeting, HSE compliance, and fostering strong relationships, he has worked with architects, engineers, and housing associations. John holds a BSc in Construction Project Management from Heriot Watt University and is pursuing PMI PMP and PRINCE2 certifications. Key achievements include managing NHS, university, and retail maintenance projects, creating innovative maintenance programs, and delivering sustainable housing solutions. He is SMSTS qualified and brings over 40 years of expertise, from hands-on joinery to director-level leadership roles.

Jeremy also recently led a review of the UK’s Civil Aviation Authority.
During his career Jeremy has held various roles with BDO, including Global Chief Executive Officer and Managing UK Partner. He was also Chair of the Audit Commission and of the Single Source Regulations Office.
Jeremy is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
